Okay guys, weight loss is not exactly a new industry. Every year there's another miracle diet like the celebrity detox, one weird trick or another coaching claim saying they've finally cracked the code. Honeslty, the list never seems to end lol. So when I first came across Abram's Kaizen Program, my first thought was:

"Ok, well…what's different about this one?"

Because if you've been trying to lose weight for years, you've probably heard every promise imaginable...so I decided to spend a few hours digging into Abram Anderson, the program itself, how it actually works, what members receive after enrolling and maybe one of the most important things...what people are saying after joining.

Here's everything I found.

Who is Abram Anderson?

Before I look at any coaching program, I always want to know who's actually behind it. Abram Anderson is not a celebrity fitness influencer. He's not someone who built a huge audience by posting shirtless transformation photos on Instagram.

Instead, he's spent years working almost exclusively with women struggling to lose weight, particularly busy women over 35 or women who are retired. If you spend any amount of time watching his content, you'll notice something pretty quickly. He rarely talks about six-pack abs. He rarely talks about getting shredded.

Instead, he talks about inflammation, hormones, stress, sleep, gut health, energy, and consistency. In other words, he talks about the things many women feel have completely changed once they reach perimenopause or menopause.

According to Abram, this is where most weight-loss programs completely miss the mark. They assume everyone's body works exactly the same: eat fewer calories, exercise more, problem solved. Except, for a lot of women, it doesn't feel that simple anymore.

Why Is It Called "Kaizen"?

Yeah, I mean one thing I actually thought was interesting was the name. "Kaizen" is not something Abram invented. It's a Japanese philosophy that roughly translates to continuous improvement through small, consistent actions.

Rather than trying to completely change your life overnight, you improve one thing. Then another. Then another. Tiny improvements. Repeated consistently. Until they eventually become your new normal.

That philosophy actually seems to run through the entire program. Because Abram is not asking people to completely overhaul their lives on Day One. He's asking them to make changes they can realistically maintain six months from now. Honestly, that's probably more appealing than another crash diet.

Why Abram Thinks Most Diets Fail

Here's probably the biggest difference I noticed.

Most weight-loss programs start by telling you what to eat. Abram starts somewhere else. He asks why your body isn't responding in the first place.

Those are two very different conversations.

Instead of assuming calories are the only problem, his team tries to find what they call your "Lead Domino" the one issue that could be making everything else harder.

For some women, that might be chronic stress. For others, it could be poor sleep, hormonal changes, gut health, inflammation, insulin resistance, nutrition, or exercise. Everyone starts from a different place, so the program doesn't assume everyone needs the same solution.

The idea is simple. Find the biggest problem first. Work on that before worrying about everything else.

Will that work for everyone? Probably not. Everyone's body is different. But it's a different way of looking at weight loss than simply giving everyone the same meal plan and expecting the same results.

I Watched One Of Their Enrollment Calls...

One thing that gave me a much better understanding of the program was listening to one of Abram's enrolment calls (he had permission to share it, of course).

The woman on the call was 51 years old. She had recently reached 200 pounds and wanted to lose about 50 pounds. As I listened, I realised her story would probably sound familiar to a lot of women.

It wasn't that she hadn't tried.

She had.

She'd tried strength training, morning walks, using a continuous glucose monitor, the Glucose Goddess approach, different nutrition books, different workouts, and different routines.

Some of those things worked for a while. Then life got busy. The weight stopped moving, or it came back.

What stood out to me wasn't her story though. It was how the coach responded.

Instead of telling her she needed more motivation or more discipline, the coach spent most of the conversation trying to understand what her daily life actually looked like.

She has four children. Three are autistic, and her husband is autistic too.

Every morning she planned to work out, but family responsibilities would take over. By lunchtime, the workout never happened.

The coach also talked about how perimenopause and higher cortisol levels could be making things harder.

Rather than making her feel guilty, the conversation focused on building a plan that could fit around her real life.

That was the part that stood out to me. It wasn't just another conversation about calories or eating less. It started with understanding what was actually getting in the way.

So What Are You Actually Buying?

When I first heard the price, I’ll admit, I thought this was probably just another online course.

You know the type.

Watch a few videos.

Download a meal plan.

Try to figure the rest out yourself.

But after looking deeper, that doesn't seem to be what Abram's program is really about.

Of course, there is educational content. But that appears to be just one part of the bigger picture.

The main focus seems to be the coaching, the accountability, the support, the community, and the systems designed to help people keep going when the excitement of starting something new begins to fade.

Because that’s usually where people struggle.

The first week is easy.

Motivation is high. Everything feels possible.

But then week six arrives.

Life gets busy.

The motivation drops.

Old habits start to creep back in.

That’s where most programs lose people.

What stands out about Abram’s approach is that it seems less focused on simply teaching people what to eat and more focused on helping them stick with healthier choices when motivation isn’t there.

And honestly, that might be where the real value is.

Four Pillars Instead Of Another Diet

Everything inside the program seems to revolve around four main pillars.

We'll go through each one in more detail, but here's the simple version.

First, identify what's actually holding you back.

Second, build habits that don't depend on motivation.

Third, focus on improving your gut health so weight loss becomes easier without relying on constant calorie counting.

Fourth, create enough accountability and support that quitting becomes much harder than continuing.

On the surface, it sounds simple.

But when you look closer, it's a pretty complete approach.

After reading through hundreds of member experiences, I noticed these same four themes coming up again and again.

Not just on the sales page.

In real customer reviews too.

And honestly, that was the part I found most interesting.

Because what a program says about itself is one thing...

But what real members say after using it is usually where you learn the most.

What's Actually Inside Abram's Kaizen Program?

This is usually the point where online programs start to lose me.

The sales page makes huge promises.

Then you buy it...

Only to find out you've spent thousands of pounds on a few hours of pre-recorded videos and a Facebook group that nobody really uses.

So I wanted to find out what actually happens after you enrol.

After looking through the onboarding process, listening to an enrolment call, and reading dozens of customer reviews, one thing became clear.

Abram isn't really selling information.

He's selling a system built around helping people get results.

And that difference matters.

Because information is everywhere now.

Want to know the healthiest vegetables?

You can find that online.

Want to know how much protein you should eat?

That's easy to look up.

Want to know the benefits of walking every day?

There are thousands of articles explaining it.

And more importantly...

Being able to stick with it when life gets busy.

That seems to be the main idea behind Abram's program.

Pillar One: Find Your Lead Domino

This is probably the biggest concept inside the entire program.

Instead of assuming everyone has the same problem, the coaches try to figure out what is creating the biggest roadblock for you personally.

They call this your "Lead Domino."

The idea is pretty simple.

Imagine lining up ten dominoes.

You don't need to push all ten.

You only need to push the first one.

Once that first domino falls, the rest start to follow.

That's the way Abram looks at health.

For example, maybe you're only sleeping five hours a night.

Fixing your sleep could give you more energy.

With more energy, you may find it easier to exercise.

With regular exercise, stress may become easier to manage.

As stress improves, your hormones may start working better.

And when your body is in a better place, weight loss may become easier.

One small change can create a chain reaction.

But the opposite can happen too.

Poor sleep can lead to more stress.

More stress can affect cortisol levels.

From everything I found, this seems to be where the program begins.

This surprised me.

I expected another nutrition program.

Instead...

Quite a bit of the coaching focuses on permanent behavior change.

Abram makes a point that most women know how to lose weight, they just aren't doing it consistently forever.

They fail because life gets messy.

Kids get sick.

Work becomes stressful.

Vacations happen.

Birthdays happen.

Christmas happens.

Someone brings donuts into the office.

Then suddenly...

Three weeks disappear.

The goal isn't becoming perfect.

The goal is learning how to recover quickly instead of waiting until next Monday...

Or next month...

Or next year.

Several members actually mentioned this in their reviews.

Personally...

I think this is the real product.

Because if we're honest...

Most people don't quit because they forgot vegetables exist.

They quit because nobody notices when they disappear.

Abram appears to have built several layers of accountability into the experience.

First...

There's the coaching team.

Members can message coaches directly through the support chat instead of waiting until next week's appointment.

Second...

There are live coaching calls.

Not once a month.

Roughly twenty opportunities every single week.

That's a lot.

Third...

There's a private Facebook community.

Normally I wouldn't even mention that.

Every online course has one.

The difference here is that members seem to actually use it.

Review after review talks about friendships…

Meeting in person…

Encouragement...

Sharing wins...

Helping one another through difficult weeks.

Fourth...

Members get to join meetings with other successful women in the program.

Here it's really simple and I am so surprised no other program does this.

You join these meetings and women share what's working.

Not a bunch of drama or negativity or getting coaching.

Abram and his staff don't join these - it's members only.

It's so much more relaxing to not feel pressure and just meet and connect.

There are a ton of really smart women and you join these pod meetings to share what's working for you.

When everyone shares what's working in the real world you leave with more ideas for how to stay on track.

Abram actually mentions that this is why he loves that smart women join the program.

Because we have all found little things that have worked like how to eat with family and still lose weight or how to set boundaries at work.

Finally...

There's something I thought was some what rare etc.

The support chat is actually supportive.

When someone tries to ghost because of self-sabotage they don't let you fail.

They reach out because they actually care.

A call, text, email, and message in the chat.

They genuinely care.

And if you disappear...

Someone notices.

That's a level of accountability most online courses simply don't provide.

Abram AI

One feature I wasn't expecting was the AI assistant.

Every member receives access to what's called Abram AI.

It's literally like having Abram with all day everyday.

Because it is ONLY trained on things Abram has actually taught.

This digital mind is not like using Google or ChatGPT.

Let me use an example.

Let's say you're standing in the grocery store wondering whether a certain food fits your plan.

Then spends three days figuring out where everything is...

Momentum disappears pretty quickly.

The Guarantee

Abram offers what they describe as a results guarantee for members who genuinely follow the program.

If someone completes the requirements and doesn't achieve the promised outcome, the company states they'll refund the program and, according to their offer, even pay an additional amount on top.

That's an unusually strong guarantee.

Of course...

Like any guarantee...

There are requirements.

You can't ignore the program for twelve months and expect a refund.

I'd always recommend reading every condition before enrolling.

Still...

The agreement is less than a page long and it's in plain english because it's so simple.

My first thought was "Has anyone ever got a refund?"

And they literally show a list of the people they've refunded and even have the ability to contact them.

Like one lady tried to lose weight with Carnivore and it didn't work.

So now they don't accept someone who wants to remove carbs.

That's what's crazy about Abram and how he does things.

He has nothing to hide.

Why So Many Reviews Mention The Same Thing

You can contact every client Abram has had directly because he puts all reviews, good and bad, public from what I could see. Not only public but also with a direct way to reach out to them to ask about their experience.

Ya, super different than just cherry-picking the best reviews. Something interesting started happening as I worked through the Facebook reviews. People weren't describing the program as another diet...they described it almost like having a coach in their pocket.

Again and again...

I saw comments about finally feeling accountable.

Finally understanding why previous diets hadn't lasted.

Finally having somewhere to ask questions.

Finally feeling supported instead of trying to figure everything out alone.

Weight loss was obviously mentioned.

But surprisingly...

It wasn't always the first thing people talked about.

Many reviews started with energy.

Confidence.

Sleep.

Inflammation.

Consistency.

That tells me the experience extends beyond simply watching the number on the scale.

And honestly...

That's probably why so many women stay in the program for an entire year instead of disappearing after the first month.

That's probably the biggest question.

Everything you need to know about calories, protein and vegetables is already on YouTube.

But if you're paying for...

Daily support.

Live calls.

Community.

Habit training.

Personalized guidance.

Direct access to experts actually getting results.

Then you're comparing it against coaching...

Not against an online course.

Those are two completely different products.

At the end of the day...

Information is cheap.

Changing behavior usually isn't.

And from everything I've seen so far...

Lifestyle change seems to be exactly what Abram's Kaizen is trying to sell.

The next question, of course, is...

Does it actually work?

That's where the member reviews become really interesting.

What Are Real Members Saying?

This is always my favorite part.

Not the sales page.

Not the webinar.

Not the Instagram ads.

The reviews.

Because that's where you usually find out what a program is actually like once people have handed over their credit card.

Anyone can promise incredible results.

What I want to know is...

Are people still happy 30 days later?

Six months later?

A year later?

So I spent time reading through Abram's Kaizen's public reviews.

One thing became obvious pretty quickly.

There wasn't just a handful.

It's Not Just Facebook

I also looked beyond Facebook.

Abram's Kaizen Program has customer reviews on the Better Business Bureau as well

BUT I wondered why they were not registered on BBB so I asked Abram himself and he sent me a little video explaining why lol (click here to watch if you want)

Anyway, Like many larger coaching companies, there are positive reviews alongside customer complaints. That's fairly normal once a business reaches a certain size.

What I appreciated was that there were enough public reviews available for people to make up their own minds instead of relying solely on marketing material.

Whenever you're considering a program that costs several thousand dollars...

I'd encourage you to do exactly that.

Read the positive reviews.

Read the negative ones too.

Look for patterns.

Not isolated stories.

Patterns.

The Biggest Pattern I Found

If I had to summarize everything I read into one sentence...

It would probably be this.

Most women weren't saying...

"I finally found the magic food."

They were saying...

"I finally found a system I could stick with."

That's a very different claim.

The reviews are not obsessed with hacks.

They were not talking about secret supplements.

Or miracle metabolism tricks.

They kept coming back to the same ideas.

Structure.

Coaching.

Accountability.

Small changes.

Consistency.

Support.

Maybe that's why so many members seem to stay active inside the community long after joining.

Because at some point...

Weight loss stops being about information.

It becomes about having the right environment.

And after reading hundreds of public reviews...
